Archive of the Faculty of Sciences

The Archive and Historical Documentation Unit of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) is part of the Documentation and Culture Service (SDC) and carries out its activity in the organization and collaborative management of all FCUP's archival resources.

The Archive FCUP is made up of documentation produced by the Services, Departments, Research Centres, Establishments Dependent on FCUP, since its creation in 1911, reflecting the entry, preservation and archival treatment of documentation. In addition to gathering documentation produced and received with administrative, probative or legal interest, it brings together inherited and donated documentation of cultural interest.

Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (by appointment)
