Catarina Mendonça is an Assistant Professor at the University of Azores. Most of her work is devoted to understanding human perception, particularly hearing and audiovisual processes. She is also interested in applied perception and in the connection between perception and other cognitive processes. Currently, her research is about the interconnection between emotion and perception.
