Enrolment renewal for the 2024/2025 academic year

Enrolment renewal is aimed at students registered in FLUP’s 1st cycle courses (Undergraduate courses), 2nd cycle courses (Masters) and 3rd cycle courses (Doctoral programmes) in 2023/2024 and who seek to continue their studies in 2024/2025.

Enrolment can be done online through FLUP’s portal, from 5 August to 30 August 2024.

After this deadline, students can still enrol upon payment of a late request fee, on the following dates:

• 2 to 6 September 2024 - ¤22;
• 9 to 13 September 2024 - ¤55.

Before renewing their enrolment, students check the study plans of their intended course for 2024/2025.
They shall also check the tuition fees in their personal area on FLUP’s web page -> Current account.

Maximum number of credits for enrollment in each academic year

• Enrolment in each academic year can be up to 75 ECTS, with a maximum of 42 ECTS in each semester, except in the case of enrolment in the first year for the first time, where the maximum enrolment limit is 60 ECTS.

• Enrolment of up to 81 ECTS in the case of completion of the study cycle.

• Full-time registration: Enrolment in more than 37.5 ECTS.

• Part-time registration:

                     1-Enrolment in up to 18 ECTS credits;
                     2-Enrolment in from 19 ECTS to 37.5 ECTS credits;
                     3-Registration from 38 ECTS to 40.5 ECTS credits - Exclusive enrolment in non-teaching curricular units (e.g. Dissertation/Internship/Project/Thesis).

Enrolment on a full-time or part-time basis implies the payment of tuition fees according to the respective number of credits for which you are enrolled.


It is compulsory to register for all delayed curricular units before registering for curricular units in the current year, as provided for in the Clarification (registration in progressive study plans). Failure to comply with this rule will suspend enrolment until it is regularized.
