1) If you are already attending or have attended previously a course at FLUP or another faculty of the University of Porto, you must use the user credentials you already have.
- If you do not remember your credentials, you can recover your username and/or password here.
- If you are unable to recover your credentials, you should contact our IT Services by sending an email to si@letras.up.pt, providing the following information: Full name | Citizen ID Card or Passport number | Email

2) If you are applying for a course at FLUP / U.Porto for the first time, you will have to request a temporary username, by filling in the user name request form.
Before you do so, please check the instruction manual.

Please use the link provided by email (and in accordance with your situation at U.Porto), and, follow the steps below:

ENROLMENT
For new students:

1. You must access the link using the same credentials used at the application;
2. Once enrolment is concluded, your U.Porto student number will be generated (up202xxxxxx) and an email will be automatically sent to the address used in your application, with a link that will be valid for 24 hours, to create your password. (If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder);
3. If you allow 24 hours to pass without having created your password, you should go back to the "Enrolment" link with the application credentials, and select the button "Request e-mail with new link to activate UPorto student account".

Students at the U.Porto:

1. If you have already been a student at the U.Porto/FLUP, you must use your student credentials.

REGISTRATION

1. For registration, student credentials (upxxxxxxxxx) must be used;
2. If you do not remember your credentials:

• If you have previously Confirmed your Personal Data, you can recover the password here: Change/Recover Password.
• Otherwise, you can request a new password from the IT Service by email at si@letras.up.pt,providing the following information: Course Name | Full name | Citizen ID Card or Passport number | Email
