Abstract (EN):
n this paper we focus on optimal control problems involving mixed state and control inequality constraints. A particular class of possibly nonregular problems, with mixed linear constraints, is considered and a new set of necessary conditions of optimality for such problems is derived. Essential in that derivation is the association of the class of problems under consideration with an auxiliar problem which has both regular mixed constraints and pure state constraints. The necessary conditions obtained are stated in terms of measures.
