Description:	The Executive Council is a management body whose members are proposed by the Dean and ratified by the Council of Representatives. It comprises: the Dean, who chairs it; three members of teaching and/or research staff, one of whom is the Vice-Dean and another is the Vice-President of the Scientific Council; a member of the non-teaching staff. Responsibilities: a) To assist the Dean in carrying out her duties; b) To exercise the functions delegated by the University of Porto’s Management Board.
