Geography and Scientific Agents

DGEO001 - ECTS To know sources and the institutions who produce base information, statistic and mapping.
To know people, projects and scientific research, especially in the Geography domain, and giving special attention to the students’ preferred research fields.

Research Theories and Methods in Geography

DGEO005 - ECTS To debate theoretical elements which favour the understanding of facts or processes of geographic nature;
To present and to discuss different methodologies in Geography scientific research.

Project Supervision Seminar

DGEO011 - ECTS Realização de investigação para tese.
O estudante deve fazer prova de publicação científica, no mínimo um texto para edição dos "Cadernos" editados pelo Curso de Doutoramento em Geografia.
O estudante deve preparar encontro científico e fazer apresentação.
