Reinstatement

Applications for reinstatement are pursuant to Regulation no. 749/2019 (U.Porto’s Generic Legislation regarding the regimes of Course Change, Transfer and Re-Admission - available in Portuguese only).

Applications for reinstatement are not subject to vacancies.

To be eligible, students must have been enrolled and registered in the same school and course of study or in its preceding course. Presentation of an ID card is mandatory.

Students in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles(*) who have been enrolled and enrolled in the same national higher education institution in the same course or in a course that preceded it may apply for re-entry. The presentation of the identification document is required.

(*) Candidates for re-entry to the 3rd cycle must apply through a general application and send it to sga@letras.up.pt

General Remarks:

• Application fee of ¤55, non-refundable;
• Recognition of prior learning (equivalences) is requested upon enrolment.
