Reservations

To reserve the Videoconference and Telepresence Service of the U.PORTO, you should send the following information to videoconferencia@reit.up.pt:

  Reservation Period
(Year.month.day)

    Session Duration
(Time to begin and to end)

  Complete Justification
(You must include a detailed description of the type of session required, for example, the need to make a PowerPoint presentation)

    Number and name of people present in the Videoconference Studio

  Contacts from the remote location
(You must include the technical contacts of the institutions for which the videoconference is intended)

If you are an U.PORTO Rectorate collaborator, use the Trouble-Tickets system in Rectorate SIGARRA to reserve the Videoconference and Telepresence service.
