In addition to online training on ICT information in this Portal, there are other benefits, particularly in areas similar to existing web pages in the Faculties’ web pages.

Direct support to users is provided locally in the respective institutions.

You can use the SIGARRA system at your institution to apply for solving a problem through the function trouble-tickets, available in the options on the right side of your personal page. You can thus follow-up the several steps in the solution of the problem, until you are notified that the trouble-ticket has been closed.

The Digital University manages the ICT infrastructures and systems in common use at the U.PORTO, and directly supports the Computing Services of Faculties and of other U.PORTO institutions, through the respective contacts.

With regard to the SIGARRA system, the representatives of the Digital University are the Information Managers of each Faculty, and the information given by them to the areas of Academic Management (AM) and Human Resource Management (HRM).

In the area FAQs of the ICT Portal you can also find the answers to the frequently asked questions in the different ICT areas, at the U.PORTO.

Contacts with the Digital University should be made through the Helpdesk for Information and Communication Technologies.
