Abstract (EN):
Health professionals are exposed to a high presence of risk factors at work. However, this exposure can be controlled and minimized when control measures to security of workers are implemented. This study's main objective is to develop a proposal for a simulator model that supports the risk management in institutions, as regards on occupational exposure of workers, based on the risks in the workplace and the vulnerability of exposed workers. The field work consisted in determining occupational hazards and assess the risks of the sectors, resulting in the definition of risk levels to sectors and the registration of workers' characteristics, in order to determine their vulnerabilities. From the obtained data, were established three criterions levels to local access, namely: access allowed, conditioned access and access to authorized personnel. The simulation model proposal developed can be an important resource that allows endow the organizations of tools for a more effective prevention.
