Objectives

To provide future medical doctors who may come to work in urgent medical care settings in their future, with knowledge, skills and atitudes that garantee a proper perfomance of clinical gestures with forensic character which are adequate from a technical, ethical and legal point of view. Their intervention, if adequate, may be decisive in the best interest of patiens.

Learning outcomes and competences

It is expected that the future doctors who receive this medical education learn how to garantee the best interest of patients in their medical and forensic pratice, respecting issues of professional responsibility and medical ethics.

Teaching methods and learning activities

Practical and theoretical classe - a total of 40.5 hours: 14 contact hours (34.6%), in 7 practical and theoretical classes of 2 hours each, at thursdays, from 3 to 7 pm. 1.5 ECTS
