Abstract (EN): To provide a small precise pointing device which minimizes the effect of friction force that is given to a sliding surface of an impact body and utilizes impact force that accompanies the quick deformation of a piezo-electric element which efficiently utilizes a kinetic energy. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an inertial body 21 that is attached to one side of a piezo-electric element 22, an impact body 23 which is attached to the other side of the element 22, an impact body moving direction preload means which gives preload in a moving direction to which the bodies 21 and 23 are attached, a roller guide that guides the bodies 21 and 23 or sliding surfaces 25 and 26 of a low friction coefficient and a means which externally gives a voltage pattern to the element 22. Thus, the preload is prevented from giving in the vertical direction of a guiding means which guides the body 21.
