The evaluation has the model of Distributed Evaluation without Final Exam and is accomplished with the realization of an individual Written Test and a Practical Work. All assessment components are mandatory.
The delivery of the practical work takes place between the last scheduled class of the UC in the 1st semester and the first week of exams, normal time. Failure to perform the individual test in the normal season implies the student's transition to the appeal period, with a new test; failure to deliver the practical work on the scheduled date implies the student's failure to take the course.
For the purposes of assessment in the appeal period, and if the student fails the test in the normal period, he can submit to a new test in the appeal period, maintaining the classification obtained in the work component.
In the scope of this field, it is mandatory to read the supporting document "Norms of evaluation and functioning of Sociology of Development 2022-2023" which contains all information about the functioning of the course unit and the evaluation procedures and components.

Calculation formula of final grade

- the classification obtained in the written test must be equal to or higher than 10 values;
- the classification obtained in the practical work must be equal to or higher than 10 values.
