In accordance with Article 9 of the Assessment Rules Applicable to the First Cycle Courses of the FLUP, and except for those cases provided by law, the MTIS II assessment assumes compliance with attendance. A student is considered to attend a curricular unit if, having been regularly enrolled, he does not exceed the limit of absences corresponding to 25% of the classes scheduled. The evaluation scheme of this curricular unit is constituted by the following evaluation components:
- Final Exam: consists of an individual written test on the theoretical contents of the program of the curricular unit; Does not contemplate practical part.
- Research Report: in this report students must apply the two main techniques studied in the curricular unit (Questionnaire and Interview Survey).
All evaluation components are mandatory.
There is a detailed Dossier on the "Functioning of the curricular unit and Assessment Norms", which is available on the Moodle platform.
The final grade in the course unit is calculated from the weighted average of the grades obtained in each of the evaluation components:
- Final exam - 50%
- Research report - 50%
It is considered approved in the course unit the student who obtains a final classification equal or higher than 10 values, bearing in mind that in none of the individual components can the classification be less than 8 values.
Improvement of Final / Distributed Classification The final classification improvement is carried out in accordance with the FLUP Assessment of Knowledge Standards.
