Objectives
At the end of the semester students should be able to:
• Make efficient use of relevant information resources relevant to academic study in general and to the course of Applied Languages in particular,
• develop strategies and methods of study appropriate to their academic study;
• develop research strategies and use their critical thinking in order to profit from the amount of information accessible by electronic or other means, to find and recognize information of quality
• produce works within the rules of scientific communication.
Program
1. Self-assessment of the acquired skills, definition of the skills to acquire and inventory of the available resources.
2. Computer resources: consolidation of the acquired skills and closure of the existing gaps in order to:
• handle hardware and software considered essential for training in Applied Languages;
• search, assess and use primary and secondary documentary resources available on the Internet
• use a platform to support the teaching / learning;
• develop an e-portfolio

• Scientific Communication
• Time, document, and autonomy management strategies
• Portfolio and other training strategies
• Methodology suitable for each kind of task (project, written and oral communication, exam)
