Objectives

Nowadays, it is not possible to approach any study on Europe, however elementary it may be, without compulsorily referring, as far reaching as possible, to the European Union – one can even say that the European Union is becoming an ever-greater nucleus of all Europe.

Thus, the European Union is, in essence, a product of the Law, whether at its origin, in its structure, its functioning, or in all of its daily actions (including fundamental aspects of everyday life in our country and even of our own individual everyday life as citizens of the Union). The European Union is after all a Community based on Law.

Considering what was stated above, this subject aims at acquainting students (future specialists in European matters), in as much detail as possible, with the master guidelines of that Law (Community Law) which shapes the structure and rules over the whole European Union experience.
