Apresentação Pessoal

Joana Rodrigues holds a PhD in Digital Media, with a specialization in Journalism, Data and Information Management, from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, following her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Science from the Faculties of Engineering and of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto.

She is a professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto, where she teaches in the Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Science. Her research focuses on research data management, descriptive meta-information, and digital curation, with a special focus on practices that promote semantic interoperability, open science, and sustainable management of scientific information.
