Application, registration and enrollment in continuing education courses


In order to attend a continuing education course, you will have to access the information system in two separate steps:

  • 1st STEP Online application;
  • 2nd STEP Registration and enrollment with tuition payment (only after receiving confirmation of successful application)


Please consult the calendar, 1st and 2nd Phase, on the webpage of each course. 
Courses with fewer than the prescribed minimum number of students enrolled will be cancelled.


  • 1st STEP - Online application

Courses with open applications (apply here)
To apply to a course, you must first log in to the information system. If it is your first time applying to a course at FLUP, you will have to request a temporary username, by filling in the New user form.
First consult the instruction manual.




  • 2nd STEP - Online Registration and Enrollment

Complete your registration HERE (Please read the instructions carefully)

In order to register for and then enrol in a course (only after receiving confirmation of successful application), you must first log in to the information system with your student username and password (the temporary username is only valid for submitting your application).
After submitting your registration, you will have access to the Tuition Fee Payment page, with the necessary ATM reference numbers, in the side menu options.
IMPORTANT: Please note that once you have submitted your registration, you will have to pay the total amount due.



  • Payment of the tuition fee

At the end of the application period, applicants registered in a course for the first time (General Public) will receive their student number, user name and password by email. They will then be able to access the information system of the FLUP website and see the amount of tuition fee due through their account balance on their student homepage.

Methods of payment:

  • In cash or ATM at FLUP’s Payments Office (Tesouraria) on the 1st floor
  • ATM (Multibanco)
  • Credit card (see the guide here)

If you would like to make the payment at an ATM, you will have to generate the SIBS reference number, by using the account balance option on the right-hand menu of your personal homepage.
