Teaching, Research and Administrative Staff Exchanges

The University of Porto is open to the world and, as such, it offers its academic and administrative staff the opportunity to participate in mobility and exchange programmes. The academic and administrative staff mobility flows, designed to essentially promote exchanges and cooperation between higher education institutions, with or without funding, can be carried out under different programmes, as well as through bilateral cooperation agreements established with institutions in countries worldwide.
The Erasmus+ programme in particular offers mobility opportunities not only for students, but also for academic, research and administrative staff. All staff members of the University of Porto are eligible to apply for an Erasmus+ grant in order to spend a certain period of time at a partner institution.
