Goals
The mobility of personnel for training aims at sharing good practices and methodologies, through participation in seminars, workshops, training courses and, in particular, through peer learning activities and observation of professional paths or job shadowing.
Duration
The training must last from 2 to 5 working days (the mobility grant to be awarded provides for individual daily support for a maximum of 5 days of training activities).
Applications
The application process is centralized at the Office of International Relations of the Rectory, and for that purpose it is necessary to fill in an application form which is available at the following link.
It is necessary to create a username and password to access the application form, or use the same access data created in previous calls. Please note that if you have previously submitted an application, this form is available for duplication.
Calls
Two to three calls are published throughout the year, the opening of which is announced by SRI-FLUP through the various means of dissemination available.
Eligible
- Job shadowing: proposals for visiting institutions to contact colleagues from certain services, with a view to exchanging experiences and deepening procedures
- Training courses: participation in short-term training courses
- Erasmus Weeks: Several institutions in the EU organize training weeks for technicians, Staff Weeks, levels.
It is up to the candidate to contact organizations (universities, companies, NGOs, among others) in EU countries to propose and prepare the training plan to be pursued.
It is also suggested to consult the IMOTION, database, where training offers are published.
The candidate must obtain the proper authorization from the person in charge of the service/hierarchical superior to submit the application, in order to ensure the absence in case of selection.
Mobility rules
In each call, the Rules of Application Applicable to the [X] Call for Personnel Mobility of the U.Porto for Teaching and/or Training Missions within the European Union are sent, which establishes the norms and conditions for the mobility of personnel in the under the Erasmus+ Programme. These standards define the priorities, application process and eligible activities, as well as the evaluation and ranking process.
