Objectives

To transmit the essential elements of Law as a fundamental nucleus structuring the main Human Societies (Political Societies), paying particular attention to those considered fundamental, by which we abide at several levels.

To give students the basic ideas that allow them to interpret legislations, so that they can understand the major legal frameworks by which their personal and professional actions must abide.

More specifically, to provide an indispensable basis from which students can understand and be acquainted with (as part of the universe of Law) the specific domain of Community Law, dorsal spine of all of European life, consecrated within the European Union.
