Objectives

The aim is to provide an overview of French culture and literature from the Renaissance to Classicism by choosing some topics from a defined literary corpus.

Learning outcomes and competences

At the end of the teaching of this programme, students are expected to have acquired a general perspective of the authors and texts produced in the French Renaissance and Classicism in close relation with their socio-political contexts.
