Lessons will be theoretical-practical. The first step of the approach to the themes of this Curricular Unit consists naturally of a theoretical exposition of the various issues. Students have the opportunity, too, to embark in a direct analyzing of the legal instruments considered as more relevant in the context of Administrative Law. Then they proceed to the resolution of practical cases, ie, real-life situations whose legal regulation requires the application of rules of Administrative Law.
Given the circumstances surrounding the teaching of the Curricular Unit and the objectives underlying a correct assessment of the knowledge acquired by the respective students, the assessment consists of a final exam, testing the level of the theoretical and of the practical knowledge acquired.
