Objectives

French II aims to enable the students to develop their skills (reading, writing, listening, spoken production and interaction) in order to become qualified to teach French as a foreign language (FFL).

 

 

 

Learning outcomes and competences

By the end of the semester students will have developed the five communication skills defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in order to meet the required level of competence in this language.

1. Use of authentic documents on teaching French as a foreign language.

2. Development of the lexical and syntactic skills necessary to teach French as a foreign language.

3. Written production: summary and argument writing.

4. Spoken production: oral presentation of research results (topic: activities for teaching French as a foreign language).

5. Spontaneous and planned spoken interaction.
