Objectives
Study of some important texts, authors and moments of Brazilian literature.
Learning outcomes and competences
It is expected that at the end of the course, students are able to discuss better the Brazilian literary system. At the same time, it is expected that students have notions of literary history and poetic and are able to produce a critical discourse based on the points of the program.

Attending 75% of classes, unless established otherwise by law.
Calculation formula of final grade
The evaluation has three components with different weights: A) Writing evaluation (two tests) - 50%, B) Two small works - 30% C) Work in class - 20%.
