Objectives

1. To acquire an introductory preparation in Philosophy of Sciences. 2. To analise historical and contemporary texts concerning Philosophy of Sciences. 3. To understand the historical genesis of Philosophy of Sciences as a branch of Philosophy. 4. To study specifical themes and problems of Philosophy of Sciences.

Learning outcomes and competences

1. To be able to explain terms and notions essential to Philosophy of Sciences . 2. To know to analise historical and contemporary texts concerning Philosophy of Science. 3. To be able to explain the historical genesis of Philosophy of Sciences as a branch of Philosophy. 4. To explain and discuss specific issues and problems of Philosophy of Sciences.
