Teaching methods and learning activities

24/26 Lectures of 1 hour each Software training on computer rooms (4/6 hours) Applied work with tutors in 3 themes (18/20 hours) One small report prepared by groups of 2 students outside class environment (10 hours). The report is presented and discussed by each group.

DEMONSTRATION OF THE COHERENCE BETWEEN THE TEACHING METHODOLOGIES AND THE LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The teaching methodologies develop the ability to plan, prepare and supervise the construction works, taking into account the legislation and the main aspects related to safety and health.

In the B modulus, after the 9th class , preparation of reports integrated in groups of 4 students. These classes and work environment aim to develop in students, leadership skills, working in groups, researsh and synthesis of  publicly available information. Communication skills.

Eligibility for exams

Achieving final classification requires compliance with attendance at the course unit, according to the MIEC assessment rules. It is considered that students meet the attendance requirements if, having been regularly enrolled, the number of absences of 25% for each of the classes’ types is not exceeded.

Calculation formula of final grade

NF = 0,10Mt1+0,10Mt2+0,10T1+0,70 EF

NF-final grade;
Mt1 - test 1 - evaluation during classes;
Mt2 - test 2 - evaluation during classes;
T1 - small jobs/papers during classes - final part of semester;
EF - final examination - all the contents, after the end of classes

Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)

Global examination concerning all the contents.

Classification improvement

Global examination concerning all the contents.

Observations
