a) be acquainted with importance of energy saving
b) know how to assess results in an energy audit
c) be able to define the parameters that should be followed in an Energy Consumption Rationalization Plan
d) be able to manage energy

Exergy of Heat. Irreversibility. The Guoy-Stodola Relation. Co-energy and Co-enthalpy. Exergy Efficiency. Exergy Analysis of Combustion Processes. Cogeneration. Basic Criteria for the Evaluation of Cogeneration Plants. Types of Cogeneration Plants. Economic Analysis of Cogeneration Systems. Combined Cycles. Series and Paralel Combined Cycles.
