Objectives

Students should:

Be able to apply the fundamental laws of thermodynamics to systems.
Be able to assess the energy efficiency of systems.

Properties of a pure substance;

Entropy.

Sum of the classification of theoretical (6 marks) and pratical examination (14 marks).

Evaluation only with a written exam on a date to be set by the course’s responsible.

Observations

On the exam students can only use the thermodynamic tables as well as paper sheets. The theoretical part of the exam will be based on an American version and it will be carried out on Moodle.
