Objectives

This discipline aims at the development of an integrated study implying synthesis of previous knowlege and with features of research activity. Each group of two students chooses one distint theme from a list of Structural Engineering themes previously provided, all requiring computational or/and laboratorial work. This discipline includes also special conferences on Structural Engineering, delivered by Invited Specialists.

Teaching methods and learning activities

Each group of two students is supervised by a member of the Teaching Staff but the work is developed by the students with great autonomy.

Distributed evaluation without final exam
