Objectives

Notion of urban management and explanation of its practical role on the order of the territory and, in particular, the execution of the urbanistic plans. Study of the urban management organic.
Reflection on the challenges faced by the urban management in the context of the new requirements of execution of the urbanistic plans.

Theoretical program:
I. GENERAL REGIME OF URBAN MANAGEMENT
- The differentiation of the space
- The increasing public intervention in the process of transformation of the uses of the ground
- The urban management
- The central role of the city in the previous control of the transformations of the use of the ground
- The urban management organic
- The general existing regime: the Legal Regime of the Urbanization and Construction
II. URBAN MANAGEMENT IN THE SCOPE OF PLANS EXECUTION
- The territory planning organic: the Law in principal of the Politics of the Territory and Urbanism Order and the Legal Regime of the Instruments of Territorial Management
- Execution of plans systems
- Instruments of plans execution
III. The PEREQUATION
- Main factors of differentiation of the ground value face to the urbanistic exploitation
- The differences generated by the plans
- Forms of compensation of the differences
IV. THE NEW CHALLENGES

Theoretician-practical program:
Accomplishment of works, with presentation of report.
