Main research interests/skills

  • Development of advanced strategies and methods for fatigue damage prediction and analysis;
  • Investigation of preload control in bolts, as well as the effects of wear and friction characteristics in contact areas, aiming to enhance the efficiency and durability of bolted connections;
  • In-depth study of the influence of mean stress on fatigue resistance and the durability of structural materials and components.
