A professional carrier in transportation…Training in Engineering and Economics. Degree in Civil Engineering (FEUP), Master in Transportation (IST-Lisbon), scholar part of Master in Economics (FEP-Porto) and PhD at the Loughborough University of Technology (UK).
Teaching subjects in transportation, research methodologies and operational research.
Research with publication of articles in relevant journals in Transportation: Transportation Research, Transport Reviews and Journal of Air Transport Management.
Consultancy in the different areas of transportation for government, international loan banks, private companies and public administration.
Experience in administration being or have been member of the boards of public and private companies and other organizations.
CEO of TRENMO (mobility consultancy company), Vice-President of Porto Chamber of Commerce (ACP), member of the board of directors of Common Home of Humanity (CHH) and meber of the National Monitoring Commission of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
He currently teaches courses in the Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (L.EC), in the Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (M.EC), in the Master's Degree in Planning and Urban Project (MPPU), in the PhD Programs in Civil Engineering (PRODEC) and in Territorial Planning (PDPT) and collaborates in the Master's Degree in Economics (ME) at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.
