Psychological Consultation / Psychotherapy

It is an individual and confidential intervention based on an empathic and supportive relationship which allows students to find and develop alternative strategies for solving their problems and / or manage their challenges and pressures of daily life.

Visits are free, available to all students of FEUP, and easy to arrange.

Appointments are subject to prior booking and can be booked  through one of the following procedures:

• First-time appointment request

• To schedule an appointment with your psychologist, please contact GOI through the usual channels:
• Addressing personally in our office - Monday to Thursday (9:30 a-m. -5:30 p.m.)
