Psychology consultations are free, intended for all FEUP students and are carried out ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Consultations are provided in Portuguese and English.

In the psychology consultation, various requests/situations are worked on that require psychological and psychotherapeutic support or advice (depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, life transition phases, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, stress, difficulties in time management, methods of study, …).

The personal information entered on the “Request for First Psychology Consultation” form complies with U.Porto's Personal Data Protection Policy, and the data is stored temporarily in FEUP's infrastructures and deleted after the end of its useful period. This data is accessible by members of the Guidance and Integration Office, and only for the purpose indicated.
