This course unit aims to endow students with the basic skills to think strategically, to develop a specific business and corporate strategy, to understand the issues and hurdles of strategy’s implementation, in order to have a role change agent.
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
IOL1 - think and act strategically
IOL2 - understand the issues and hurdles of implementing a given strategy
IOL3 - design the most adequate business and corporate strategy(ies) for a specific situation and context
IOL4 - design a strategic implementation plan
IOL5 - deal with the organisational inertia and dysfunctions, and align resources into action.

Case Study resolution and Group Project delivery with presentation and final report.
