Teaching methods and learning activities
Presentation of documentation and discussion on the various themes. It will also be presented and discussed some “cases” that serve as example for the theorectical contents. The practical classes will be for the students to analyse and solve some individual practical cases.

Group work (5 elements) on the conception, elaboration, implementation and experimentation of a “Conformity Chart”.
