FEP MASTER´S CHALLENGE is an annual project targeted to all master students that supports the training and personal development of the applicants, adding to their academic qualifications.
Candidates are challenged with individual and group scenarios while being evaluated by 9 companies from different sectors. In each challenge, the Jury members express qualitative and quantitative feedback about the candidates' performance, thus contributing to their preparation for the job market and skills development.
FEP MASTER´S CHALLENGE brings FEP and companies together, promoting resources to strengthen professional development.
The result of the programme will be the annual selection of the three top master students, who have the best performance during their participation in the FEP MASTER´S CHALLENGE.
All the programme phases and interactions with the jury members are English.

Please read the Notice of FEP MASTER´S CHALLENGE before submitting your application.
Your application must include 4 documents: the Curriculum Vitae, the application form , a full-face photo in png or jpg (minimum size 1080 x 1080px, square format and white background), and a signed declaration of consent .
Attention: Please make sure you are registered at FEP Career Portal (mandatory) before submitting your application.
Applications are open to all 1st and 2nd year Master Degree students.

FEP MASTER’S CHALLENGE happens during the 2nd semester in several stages in which applicants will be facing a selection process. Candidates will also have the opportunity to participate in training workshops (optional*).
