Serialization is done in descending order of the simple average of the classifications obtained in the required components, whether they are admission tests (such as ENEM in Brazil with its areas of knowledge - corresponding to 1/50 of the grade), final exam, secondary school subject, or a test required by FCUP.
Only candidates with a serialization grade of 10 or higher will be admitted, except for the First Degree in Physics, in which only candidates with a serialization grade of 12 or higher will be admitted; for the First Degree in Biochemistry and the First Degree in Physics Engineering, in which only candidates with a serialization grade of 13 or higher will be admitted; for the First Degree in Computer Science, in which only candidates with a serialization grade of 14 or higher will be admitted.
The tiebreaker factor is the final average of Secondary Education normalized on a scale of 0-20, in descending order.
Minimum classification:
Application grade: 100 (on a scale of 0-20: serialization equal to or greater than 10)
For the First Degree in Physics, the serialization grade is 120 (on a scale of 0-20: serialization equal to or higher than 12)
For the First Degree in Biochemistry and the First Degree in Physics Engineering, the serialization grade is 130 (on a scale of 0-20: serialization equal to or higher than 13)
For the First Degree in Computer Science, the serialization grade is 140 (on a scale of 0-20: serialization equal to or higher than 14)
Entrance exams: 95 (on a scale of 0-20: serialization equal to or higher than 9,5)
