Apresentação Pessoal

Filipe Silva has been working with Oracle database since 1994. In 2000 he created a PL/SQL Web Toolkit based framework for Oporto University (in Portugal) that supports the Information System used. His main areas of expertise are SQL, PL/SQL (including the PL/SQL Web Toolkit), performance, and Web interfaces. He helps Steven Feuerstein maintain the Quest Error Manager Utility (QEM), a freeware error management utility, and the Quest Error Manager Utility Community forum. He also shares is knowledge in his blog (http://oracleblues.blogspot.com) and participates mainly in the forums of the gUPo (Portuguese group of users of Oracle) and Quest’s SQL Navigator tool.
