| Mission: | Promotion of mobility of the ICBAS students and staff. | ||||
| Description: | RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and support ICBAS' involvement in national, regional, or international academic mobility programs for students, recent graduates, and staff by identifying opportunities, establishing contacts, establishing partnerships, and coordinating actions with partner entities; Review and implement mobility agreements and processes (IN and OUT) for students and staff, in coordination with the internal and external structures involved in each process and promoting the intensification of mobility flows with the institutions that U.Porto and ICBAS define as strategic and priority; Promote, monitor and track student and staff mobility processes, managing their phases: from classification and selection of candidates, appointment, analysis and forwarding of internship/staff requests, definition of study/work plans, completion, formalization and validation of applications, preparation and verification of documentation, service; Promote, support and implement the reception, integration and welcoming of IN students, monitoring their stay and preparing their return, concluding it with the issuance and sending of transcripts of records to the institutions of origin; Monitor OUT students during their mobility period at the host institution, converting and crediting the results obtained upon their return; Promote the identification of programs, projects or initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of student and staff mobility; Implement initiatives and measures aimed at the continuous improvement of mobility actions; Perform any other functions assigned to it.
