Prenatal diagnosis and fetal medicine are rapidly developing areas that require extensive knowledge.
In addition to knowledge of embryology and physiology, those working in fetal medicine need to understand the main pathologies, how they manifest and the most appropriate diagnostic methods. In addition to identifying existing abnormalities, it is necessary to integrate them so that it is possible to make the etiological diagnosis and define the prognosis and, thus, correctly define the action plan.
