Objectives
In the end of the course the trainees must be familiarized with the open source concept and acquire the required basic concepts to manipulate cartographic data in QGIS open source software. The trainees will also learn how to implement and create plugins so that they can contribute to the open source community.
Information
The course is intended to any professional or student of any professional area (Geography, Biology, Geology, Architecture, Engineering, among others) and without experience in GIS, more precisely, with the QGIS software.
