It is in the interest of all researchers and/or health professionals to know the laboratory techniques of optical and electron microscopy, to better perform their duties, as well as for the interpretation, reproducibility and reliability of the results obtained.

The training unit consists of a theoretical and practical approach to histological processing from the collection and sampling of tissues to the visualization of slides, using different equipment for different purposes, thus allowing a diversified learning in complementary techniques used in many research / diagnostic laboratories.
