Resumo (PT): O artigo analisa conceções literárias do «amor cortês» nas tradições médio-alto-alemã e galego-portuguesa, centrando-se, em particular, no género lírico da alba. Depois de comparar composições de Wolfram von Eschenbach e de D. Dinis, o autor conclui que estes dois poetas desenvolveram estratégias diferentes para tentar resolver problemas inerentes a um dos mais importantes códigos estético-literários na Europa medieval

Abstract (EN): The article analyses literary conceptions of «courtly love» in the Middle High German and Galician-Portuguese traditions, in particular by concentrating on the lyric genre of the alba. After comparing compositions by Wolfram von Eschenbach and D. Dinis, the author concludes that the two poets developed different strategies in order to attempt to solve problems inherent to one of the most important aesthetic-literary codes in medieval Europe.
