- Awareness for the importance of the Early Modern cultural programs and the most striking ideological and spiritual mouvements.
- Motivate students to the application of research procedures and bibliographical selection
- To familiarize the students to review procedures and interpretation of the most illustrative historical sources related to the issues under review.

Theoretical and practical classes: presentation of the major debates on the subjects of the syllabus. Promotion of active debate . Tutoring lessons will complement this methodology, focusing on the analysis of specific bibliography.

1. Both elements of assessment are essential. The UC is not considered complete even if the student obtains a positive rating in the exam.
2. In none of the components the student can obtain values less than 7.5, even though, on average, the classification is positive.
