This course unit intends to outline a political, economic, social and cultural panorama of Germany from the mid-19th century to the end of the 20th century.
By the end of the semester the students who passed the evaluation components will know which events and personalities were most relevant in the political, economic, social and cultural history of Germany in the 19th and 20th centuries. Such wide and multisided knowledge will enable the students to a critical perspective and a contextualizing approach to the human facts.
