Town planning, urban morphology and the importance of the historical background to understand the city.
Economic structure, its dynamics and spatial distribution of industry, commerce and services, taking into special consideration the recent growth of tourism.
Social structure and issues associated with residential occupation.
Environmental issues, transport and mobility.
Urban policy, planning and projects.
