Objectives

| introduction to cyberculture and cyberspace | analyse the new means of Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) | reflect on the impact of the new media on mass media and on new audiences | understand new communication paradigms within new technological contexts | develop competences with regard to integrating new platforms and the production of contents | encourage the study, research, innovation and written production in new formats | prepare a final project integrating theoretical reflections and technical knowledge | encourage and experience educational processes on online social environments

Learning outcomes and competences

It is intended that at the end of the semester the student has acquired the ability to understand consumer information on new platforms, and is capable of producing journalistic content tailored to each of the media studied.
